 Physical Structures



The Children's Library is divided into convenient modular areas. Knowing the parts of the library enhance patrons' library experience and help them utilize library services.

Structured Reading Area
Seats and tables placed for the convenience of patrons.

Library Mini-Theatre/ Recreational Reading Area
Section of the library marked by beanbags, comfortable couches and rolling book shelves with easy reading literatures. This is also where daily and special activities are held.

Audio Book Section
Section marked by couches, and beanbags and floor outlets for the audio players. Choose audio book from the Audio Library and log in at the Library Service Desk.

Computer Terminals
Positioned at one side of the library near the main entrance with Apple computers that can be used for games and a specific computer used for Internet access. Log in at the Library Service Desk to reserve computer CD ROM for free.

Puppet Stage - Library Service Desk
Regularly scheduled puppet shows are presented by the staff and volunteers in the Puppet Stage directly behind the Library Service Desk. Library Service Desk is for CD-ROM, Internet, and audio log in; and general information.

Children's Gallery
Gallery set to display creative art and literary works, which includes library's featured monthly theme, announcements, and information about current and future activities. Located at the library's lobby.

Internet Public Access Catalog (IPAC)
Internet Public Access Catalog, (IPAC) available at the library's gallery, is an on-line database used to find the books or multi-media resources that patrons need.

Package Counter
Where patrons deposit their belongings upon entering the library, valuable things such as wallet, cellular phones, etc. should be secured. The library is not responsible for any damages/loss that may occur.
